本私隱政策聲明概述我們如何管理閣下的個人資料及其他相關資料，並適用於所有梓峰教育(以及其附屬公司及關聯公司)之學員及其家長。學員及家長於報名參加課程時亦有責任提供真確及齊全之個人資料，讓梓峰教育能夠為學員提供最合適的服務(例如通知學員有關取消課程之事宜)及建議(例如能夠配合小孩的能力及發展之課程)。梓峰教育竭力為學員及提供最高水平的服務，其中包括保障閣下的私隱。梓峰教育尊重您的私隱權並承諾嚴格遵守《個人資料(私隱)條例》的條款及覆行其所定下的有關義務。所有個人資料將予以保密，我們確保在收集、使用、保存、披露、轉移、保密及查閱個人資料的政策及常規，均符合香港法例規定。請您詳細閱讀本聲明。您一旦提供個人資料予我們，即視同您同意我們按本私隱政策中所述的方式並為其中所述的有關目的，蒐集和使用或另行處理(包括披露)您的個人資料。

閣下的個人資料

我們或會收集及保留閣下各種包括但不限於下列的個人資料：

身份證或旅遊證明文件所登記的姓名；
聯絡資料，包括閣下姓名、聯絡電話號碼、電郵地址、通訊地址、帳單地址或地址證明；
用以核實身份的資料，包括出生日期、身份證明文件及號碼，例如身份證或旅遊證明文件；
付款資料，包括信用卡、扣帳卡及銀行資料；
學員／會員帳戶資料，包括帳戶號碼、學員／會員號碼、用戶帳號、登入資料、電子教學設備序號；
不論何時與梓峰教育所登記之課程或服務(例如定期刊物，會員計劃)的有關資料；
為使我們能進一步改善課程質素,因材施教及提供更合適的建議或資訊的所須資料，包括但不限於學員的年齡、性別及種族，家長的教育程度、專業資格、薪金水平及就業資料，及以家庭／家居統計資料和課程報讀紀錄；及/或
為確保梓峰教育能夠遵從法例、法規、規則，判決或法院命令（不論在香港或海外）而提供予合適的政府相關部門、法院、執法或有關當局及監管機構要求的所有資料。

閣下可選擇是否提供某些的個人資料，尤其是列於上述（7）項的資料。但若閣下未能提供此等所需的個人資料，可能會有礙我們向閣下提供相關協助，履行某些責任及/或提供個人化教授及支援。

收集資料的方式

我們透過各種方式收集個人資料，包括：

直接向閣下收集，例如閣下透過電話、填寫課程、試堂、比賽的報名表格以及購買某些產品及服務所提供的資料，或通過我們的網站，或在您與我們聯絡提出查詢或要求期間，或在日常商業事務中與我們保持聯繫所提交的個人資料；
經閣下同意後由第三者收集，例如我們的關聯公司、業務合作夥伴、其他客户或您的代表；
從公開資料來源收集；
根據我們內部有關閣下曾經報讀或參加之課程、試堂、日營、比賽或曾經購買某些產品或服務的記錄中收集；
當閣下瀏覽我們的網站（請參閱下述「網頁瀏覽資料及「曲奇」(COOKIES)」）時收集；及/或
當我們根據法規要求收集該等資料。

某些活動所需收集的資料種類將視乎有關活動而定。在某些特殊情況下，我們還可能作出其他適用的額外政策和條款，或者用於特定目的或採用各種表格形式的私隱聲明，作為對本私隱政策的補充。

個人資料的使用

透過以上各種方式和渠道所收集到您的資料會用作：

註冊以報讀或報名本校的課程、課堂、比賽、申請及/或購買本校之服務或產品；
核實學生身份；
提供本校服務之一般管理及運作：包括課程轉讀、退學、調查投訴、處理退款事宜等；
對教學或輔導有直接或間接的幫助；
提供最新課程資訊、學生進度及特別活動的邀請；
處理閣下的付款指示、直接扣賬安排及/或信貸安排；
接收我們認為您可能感興趣的課程優惠、學生奬賞等之宣傳推廣；該宣傳可透過多種方式進行（包括而且並不限於以郵件、電郵、短訊、透過電話或社交媒體）並且會在閣下完成（或終止）我們的課程之後繼續進行；
由本校或本校的獨立承辦商進行研究或分析以改善本校之教學質素及學生之忠誠度；以及編寫有關的統計報告。統計報告有可能與本校以外的人士/團體分享；但這些統計報告均為整體數據，並不會包含任何可識別個別人士的資料；
在法例要求或准許下披露以協助預防、偵查或調查犯罪或潛在犯罪活動。

您所提供的資料將予以保密，並且只會用來支援梓峰教育與學生及家長之間的關係，或用作上述說明的目的。

資訊披露

我們可能會向梓峰教育以外的其他機構(不論是香港境內或境外)，根據有關法例及於法則所容許下，因應上述「個人資料的使用」所列出的有關用途披露閣下的個人資料。你的個人資料只會在有必要的情況下披露予有關機構用作客戶諮詢，郵件操作/快遞/送貨服務；資訊科技配置服務；市場推廣及電話促銷；市場調查及網站使用量分析；提供行政、付款、收款、商業、法律及/或業務運作，以及管理我們業務及企業策略。
在一般情況下，我們會採取適合措施，以確保該等機構是受有關保障閣下個人資料的保密及私隱責任的約束，且該等機構僅就上述目的，而不能自用或就其他目的（包括直接促銷）。
未經您同意之前，我們從不同渠道所收集的個人資料均不會洩露給外部組織單位，供其進行市場推廣或徵集用途。
梓峰教育可能會把網站上收集而來之有關您個人的資料，合併至我們合作夥伴的資料中，以針對您個人進行課程或服務的建議；我們也可能會允許我們的關聯公司、零售商及業務合作伙伴運用您的個人資料提供直接推廣。在使用您的資料或將資料給予其他機構時，我們可能會因法例規定須要索取閣下的書面同意。在此情況下，唯除非條例有所豁免,我們只會在取得閣下同意後，才開始使用及提供您的個人資料作任何促銷或市場推廣用途
此外，我們可能會向下列各方披露閣下的個人資料：

閣下的授權代表或法律顧問（在閣下要求下）；
政府及監管機構以及其他法律規定或授權的機構；

轉移個人資料至香港以外地方

本校在有需要時會審慎地將若干個人資料轉移至香港特別行政區以外的地方以預防、偵查或調查犯罪行為、或以達到收集此等資料之目的，或直接與其有關之目的。該轉移會遵守條例現行之規定。

取消接受有關市場推廣的訊息

梓峰教育會定時傳遞有關本校之最新消息、我們認為您可能有興趣之最新課程、活動、產品及服務之資訊給您。只有梓峰教育（或是為梓峰教育服務的代理商與合作夥伴，而此代理商與合作夥伴同樣受到保密協議的約束）會在獲得您的同意後或在法律規定的情況下直接傳送這類資訊給您。
我們尊重所有停止使用個人資料作直接促銷的要求，隨時告知我們您不願意收取直接促銷資料及/或訊息。與此同時，您亦可以書面方式要求重新收取有關資訊（只適用於以往曾經拒絕接收該類資訊的學員／家長）。我們會依從個人的要求作出相應處理。

資料保安及保存

我們盡力確保所有我們客戶的個人資料均儲存於可靠安全的地方。該等個人資料只有經我們授權的僱員或在本私穩政策聲明中提及的第三者方可查閱。
然而，閣下應知悉沒有電腦系統是無法破解的，而且透過網絡傳輸的資料也無法保證是完全安全的。因此當您在傳送資料時，請自行負責可能會有的風險。一旦我們接收到您傳送來的資料，我們會盡一切努力確保該資料在我們系統內的安全。
我們會在不需要使用時把載列個人資料的實際記錄妥善存放在上鎖的儲存器內。而電腦數據存放在設有限制進出地方的電腦系統及儲存媒體內，取用資料亦受嚴格監管。凡未經管理層正式授權的人士，不得取用記錄及數據。有關權利只在「必須知道」的情況下授予，並根據個別人士在校的職責及受訓情況而定。於本校儲存、使用和/或傳送客戶個人資料的情況下，必定有足夠的保護措施防止未經准許和/或意外的披露、更改和 / 或破壞。
本校將會根據內部政策，銷毀所持有的個人資料。基本而言，我們的政策包括以下宗旨：

個人資料會保存至達到與收集上述資料之原來目的，或直接有關之目的為止；除非上述個人資料可根據任何適用法律、法規或合約規定須予以保存；及
基於上述標準及本校的內部程序，個人資料會在我們的電子、人手及其他儲存系統中被清除。

網頁瀏覽資料及「曲奇」(COOKIES)

我們的網頁伺服器會收集有關閣下在線期間的資料，以提供伺服器使用量的（不記名的）集體統計資料，藉以更適合地滿足我們網站訪客的需要及期待。該等資料可包括但不限於瀏覽器類型及版本；操作系統；IP地址及/或網域名稱；及全球資源定位器。

資料查詢、準確及更新

您有權隨時電郵或查閱、更改或永久刪除任何儲存於梓峰教育有關您的個人資料。但閣下所要求個人資料的存在形式需讓我們可以切實可行及合理地存取或處理。我們可就處理取得個人資料的申請收取行合理的政費。
我們採取一切合理的預防措施，以確保我們所收集、使用及披露的個人資料是準確、完整及最及時的。然而，個人資料的準確性很大程度上取決於閣下所提供的資料。

當閣下發現個人資料記錄有任何錯誤時請通知我們；及
請通知我們若閣下的地址、聯絡電話或電郵地址等個人資料有所改變或更新。

CCTV政策

梓峰教育在其部分營運的中心（統稱“梓峰教育中心”）的地方安裝了閉路電視監控系統（以下簡稱“CCTV系統”），這一舉措是為了確保我們的教育中心環境更安全，也是為了保護所有同事和學生的權益。

本政策旨在闡明在梓峰教育中心CCTV系統的目的、使用和管理，以及應遵循的程序，並參考《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）（以下簡稱“PDPO”）及個人資料私隱專員發出的相關指引。所有負責管理CCTV系統或錄像資料的員工和人員應該熟悉並全面遵守本政策和下列相關要求和程序。

目的

梓峰教育安裝CCTV系統的目的如下（“指定目的”）：
防止/偵測犯罪和非法活動；
提升梓峰教育中心安全、管理和運作；
保障梓峰教育中心人員（包括學生和員工）及訪客的健康與安全；
協助調查疑似違反梓峰教育中心規則及法規的行為，並便利執法；
在必要時支援緊急應對。
梓峰教育已努力確保安裝的CCTV系統對指定目的的有效性和效率最大化，但無法保證該系統可以覆蓋或檢測到發生在覆蓋區域內的每一個事件。
梓峰教育認識到CCTV攝像頭僅能用於安全監控的合法目的，我們已仔細考慮平衡監控的需求（風險評估）與隱私，以確保所有安裝均必要但不過度。

政策概述/範圍

梓峰教育中心內安裝的所有CCTV將由梓峰教育管理層（DMO）的安全團隊（以下簡稱“DMO安全團隊”）進行集中管理。
本政策涵蓋梓峰教育中心所有具備查看和錄製錄像資料功能的CCTV攝像頭和任何網絡攝像頭/錄製設備（統稱“CCTV”）。

CCTV系統的運作

只有經梓峰教育管理層高級經理（“DMO安全團隊”）指定的工作人員可以操作CCTV系統。梓峰教育將根據各自的職位和頭銜規定指定工作人員的操作範圍和權限限制。指定工作人員應嚴格遵守指定的範圍和限制操作CCTV系統。

CCTV部署和操作

安裝在梓峰教育中心的CCTV系統設有錄音功能，可從該系統的錄像檔案擷取個人影像和音頻, 系統鏡頭只採用固定拍攝角度。
梓峰教育中心內的CCTV系統指定時間內運作。
CCTVs僅在指定目的和適當的位置部署和安裝，包括課室、走廊； CCTVs不會安裝在個人預期享有隱私的區域，例如洗手間、更衣設施等。
在特定位置安裝CCTV的決定是管理風險和對個人數據隱私潛在影響之間的平衡結果。
在安裝任何CCTV之前必須獲得高級經理（“DMO安全團隊”）的事先批准。任何未經適當授權安裝的CCTV將被立即拆除而不另行通知。
在CCTVs附近或監控區域入口附近應放置顯眼的告示，通知梓峰教育中心人員, 學生和訪客CCTV正在運作。
除了與犯罪調查或嚴重不當行為有關的特殊情況，不得使用隱藏攝像頭。

CCTV錄像資料的保留和刪除

所有CCTV錄像資料和CCTV系統的數據應由DMO安全團隊在安全的伺服器上進行集中和遠程儲存，並設有適當的存取和安全安排，包括但不限於密碼設置和加密。
除非涉及調查事件的特殊情況，所有CCTV錄像資料僅保留自錄制日期起30天，並在此期限後自動、永久且安全地刪除。

CCTV錄像資料的存取

只有經DMO安全團隊高級經理授權的人員可以存取和觀看實時和錄製的CCTV錄像資料，並且只能用於經授權的目的。錄像資料的觀看應在指定的安全辦公室內進行。
通常不會向梓峰教育成員提供觀看實時CCTV錄像資料的存取權限，除非經DMO安全團隊高級經理特別批准，並且設有適當的安全控制措施以保護數據。例如，員工需要應對緊急事件做出反應，或者需要具備專業技能進行實時監控。
通常不會向梓峰教育成員提供觀看錄製CCTV錄像資料的存取權限，除非存在特殊情況，例如與健康、安全或安全有關的事件調查。DMO安全團隊將審核每一個申請並根據PDPO的要求處理申請。

技術

梓峰教育中心部署和安裝的所有CCTVs必須符合指定的規格和標準，並且不能侵犯個人數據隱私。
雖然CCTV系統允許生成高清圖像並具備分析功能，但這些功能僅在調查事件時使用。

培訓

所有負責管理CCTV系統或有權存取CCTV錄像資料的員工和人員應接受適當的培訓，以確保他們理解並能完全遵守本政策下的隱私義務和程序。

CCTV系統審查

將定期進行審查，以確保CCTV系統的部署符合本政策規定的預定目的，且仍然是必要且適當的。

本政策的審查

梓峰教育對CCTV的使用以及本政策的內容將定期進行審查，以及根據當時有效的相關法規或指南，以及當前的情況進行不時的檢討。

任何有關梓峰教育使用CCTV系統的查詢或投訴應以書面形式提交給梓峰高級經理 (“DMO安全團隊”)，發送至info@dunn.hk。梓峰教育安全高級經理(“DMO安全團隊”)將在有需要時諮詢法律顧問。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy Statement outlines how we manage your personal data and other relevant information, and is applicable to all students and their parents of Dunn Education (as well as its subsidiaries and affiliated companies). Students and parents also have a responsibility to provide true and complete personal data when enrolling in programmes, allowing Dunn Education to provide the most suitable services (such as notifying students regarding programme cancellations) and recommendations (such as programmes that cater to a child's abilities and development). Dunn Education is dedicated to providing students with the highest standard of service, which includes protecting your privacy. Dunn Education respects your privacy rights and pledges to strictly comply with the terms of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and fulfil its related obligations. All personal data will be kept confidential, and we ensure that our policies and practices concerning the collection, use, retention, disclosure, transfer, security, and access of personal data comply with the requirements of Hong Kong laws. Please read this statement carefully. Once you provide your personal data to us, you are deemed to have agreed to our collection, use, or other forms of processing (including disclosure) of your personal data in the manner and for the relevant purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Your Personal Data

We may collect and retain various types of your personal data, including but not limited to the following:

The name registered on your identity card or travel document;
Contact details, including your name, contact telephone number, email address, correspondence address, billing address, or proof of address;
Information used to verify identity, including date of birth, identity document and number, such as an identity card or travel document;
Payment details, including credit card, debit card, and bank account information;
Student/member account information, including account numbers, student/member numbers, user accounts, login credentials, and serial numbers of electronic learning equipment;
Information relating to programmes or services (e.g., periodicals, membership schemes) registered with Dunn Education at any time;
Information necessary for us to further improve programme quality, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and provide more suitable recommendations or information, including but not limited to the student's age, gender, and ethnicity, the parents' education level, professional qualifications, salary level, and employment information, as well as family/household statistical data and programme enrolment records; and/or
All information requested by relevant government departments, courts, law enforcement, or relevant authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure Dunn Education's compliance with laws, regulations, rules, judgments, or court orders (whether in Hong Kong or overseas).

You may choose whether to provide certain personal data, particularly the data listed in item (7) above. However, if you fail to provide such required personal data, it may hinder our ability to provide you with relevant assistance, fulfil certain obligations, and/or provide personalised teaching and support.

Ways of Collecting Information

We collect personal data through various means, including:

Collected directly from you, for example, information provided by you over the telephone, by completing enrolment forms for programmes, trial classes, or competitions, and by purchasing certain products and services, or personal data submitted through our website, or during your enquiries or requests, or through maintaining contact with us in daily business affairs;
Collected from third parties with your consent, such as our affiliated companies, business partners, other clients, or your representatives;
Collected from public information sources;
Collected from our internal records regarding programmes, trial classes, day camps, or competitions you have enrolled in or attended, or certain products or services you have purchased;
Collected when you browse our website (please refer to "Web Browsing Data and COOKIES" below); and/or
Collected when we are required by regulations to collect such information.

The type of information collected for certain activities will depend on the activity concerned. In certain special circumstances, we may also introduce other applicable additional policies and terms, or privacy statements used for specific purposes or in various form formats, as a supplement to this Privacy Policy.

Use of Personal Data

Your data collected through the above means and channels will be used for:

Registering to enrol or sign up for our school's programmes, classes, competitions, and applying for and/or purchasing our school's services or products;
Verifying student identity;
Providing general administration and operation of our school's services: including programme transfers, withdrawals, investigating complaints, processing refund matters, etc.;
Providing direct or indirect assistance to teaching or counselling;
Providing the latest programme information, student progress, and invitations to special events;
Processing your payment instructions, direct debit arrangements, and/or credit facilities;
Receiving promotional marketing for programme offers, student rewards, etc., that we believe you may be interested in; such promotions may be conducted through various means (including but not limited to post, email, SMS, telephone, or social media) and will continue after you have completed (or terminated) our programmes;
Conducting research or analysis by our school or our independent contractors to improve our teaching quality and student loyalty; and compiling relevant statistical reports. Statistical reports may be shared with individuals/organisations outside our school; however, these statistical reports will only contain aggregate data and will not include any personally identifiable information;
Disclosing information as required or permitted by law to assist in the prevention, detection, or investigation of crimes or potential criminal activities.

The information you provide will be kept confidential and will only be used to support the relationship between Dunn Education, students, and parents, or for the purposes described above.

Information Disclosure

We may disclose your personal data to other organisations outside Dunn Education (whether within or outside Hong Kong), in accordance with relevant laws and as permitted by regulations, for the related purposes listed under "Use of Personal Data" above. Your personal data will only be disclosed to relevant organisations when necessary for client enquiries, mailing operations/courier/delivery services; IT configuration services; marketing and telemarketing; market research and website usage analysis; provision of administrative, payment, debt collection, commercial, legal, and/or business operations, as well as managing our business and corporate strategies.
Under normal circumstances, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that such organisations are bound by obligations of confidentiality and privacy regarding the protection of your personal data, and that these organisations can only use the data for the aforementioned purposes and not for their own use or other purposes (including direct marketing).
Prior to obtaining your consent, the personal data we collect from various channels will not be disclosed to external organisations for their marketing or solicitation purposes.
Dunn Education may merge the personal data collected on the website with data from our partners to provide you with personalised programme or service recommendations; we may also permit our affiliated companies, retailers, and business partners to use your personal data to provide direct marketing. When using your data or providing data to other organisations, we may be required by law to obtain your written consent. In such cases, unless exempted by the Ordinance, we will only begin using and providing your personal data for any solicitation or marketing purposes after obtaining your consent.
Furthermore, we may disclose your personal data to the following parties:

Your authorised representatives or legal advisers (upon your request);
Government and regulatory bodies, as well as other legally mandated or authorised institutions;

Transfer of Personal Data outside Hong Kong

When necessary, our school will prudently transfer certain personal data to places outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to prevent, detect, or investigate criminal activities, or to achieve the purposes for which such data was collected, or purposes directly related thereto. Such transfers will comply with the current provisions of the Ordinance.

Opting Out of Marketing Communications

Dunn Education will regularly send you the latest news about our school and information on the newest programmes, events, products, and services that we believe you may be interested in. Only Dunn Education (or agents and partners serving Dunn Education, who are equally bound by confidentiality agreements) will send you such information directly after obtaining your consent or where required by law.
We respect all requests to stop using personal data for direct marketing; please inform us at any time if you do not wish to receive direct marketing materials and/or messages. At the same time, you may also request in writing to resume receiving such information (only applicable to students/parents who have previously refused to receive such information). We will handle requests from individuals accordingly.

Data Security and Retention

We strive to ensure that all personal data of our clients is stored in a reliable and secure location. Such personal data can only be accessed by our authorised employees or third parties mentioned in this Privacy Policy Statement.
However, you should be aware that no computer system is impenetrable, and information transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, when you transmit information, you must assume any potential risks yourself. Once we receive the information you transmit, we will make every effort to ensure the security of that information within our systems.
When physical records containing personal data are not in use, we will securely store them in locked storage containers. Computer data is stored in computer systems and storage media located in restricted access areas, and access to data is also strictly regulated. Persons not formally authorised by management are not allowed to access records and data. Such rights are only granted on a "need-to-know" basis, depending on the individual's duties and training at the school. Where our school stores, uses, and/or transmits clients' personal data, there will certainly be sufficient protective measures to prevent unauthorised and/or accidental disclosure, alteration, and/or destruction.
Our school will destroy the personal data it holds in accordance with internal policies. Basically, our policy encompasses the following principles:

Personal data will be retained until the original purpose for collecting the aforementioned data, or a directly related purpose, is achieved; unless the aforementioned personal data must be retained under any applicable laws, regulations, or contractual requirements; and
Based on the above criteria and our school's internal procedures, personal data will be purged from our electronic, manual, and other storage systems.

Web Browsing Data and COOKIES

Our web servers will collect information regarding your time online to provide anonymous, aggregate statistical data on server usage, thereby better meeting the needs and expectations of our website visitors. Such data may include, but is not limited to, browser type and version; operating system; IP address and/or domain name; and Uniform Resource Locators (URLs).

CCTV Policy

Dunn Education has installed closed-circuit television surveillance systems (hereinafter referred to as "CCTV systems") on the premises of the centres it operates (collectively referred to as "Dunn Education Centres"), a measure aimed at ensuring a safer environment for our education centres and protecting the rights of all colleagues and students.

This policy aims to clarify the purpose, use, and management of the CCTV systems in Dunn Education Centres, as well as the procedures to be followed, with reference to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (hereinafter referred to as "PDPO") and the relevant guidelines issued by the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. All employees and personnel responsible for managing the CCTV systems or video data should familiarise themselves with and fully comply with this policy and the related requirements and procedures below.

Purpose

The purposes of Dunn Education installing CCTV systems are as follows ("Specified Purposes"):
Prevention/detection of crimes and illegal activities;
Enhancement of security, management, and operations at Dunn Education Centres;
Safeguarding the health and safety of Dunn Education Centre personnel (including students and staff) and visitors;
Assisting in the investigation of suspected violations of Dunn Education Centre rules and regulations, and facilitating law enforcement;
Supporting emergency response when necessary.
Dunn Education has made every effort to ensure that the installed CCTV systems maximise effectiveness and efficiency for the specified purposes, but cannot guarantee that the systems can cover or detect every single incident occurring within the covered areas.
Dunn Education recognises that CCTV cameras can only be used for the lawful purpose of security monitoring, and we have carefully considered balancing the need for monitoring (risk assessment) with privacy to ensure that all installations are necessary but not excessive.

Policy Overview / Scope

All CCTV installed in Dunn Education Centres will be centrally managed by the Security Team of Dunn Education Management ("DMO Security Team").
This policy covers all CCTV cameras and any network cameras/recording devices with viewing and recording capabilities installed at Dunn Education Centres (collectively referred to as "CCTV").

Operation of the CCTV System

Only staff designated by the Senior Manager of Dunn Education Management ("DMO Security Team") are allowed to operate the CCTV systems. Dunn Education will stipulate the operational scope and access limits for designated staff according to their respective positions and titles. Designated staff should strictly adhere to the designated scope and limits when operating the CCTV systems.

CCTV Deployment and Operation

The CCTV systems installed at Dunn Education Centres are equipped with audio recording capabilities, allowing the extraction of personal images and audio from the system's recording files, and the system cameras only utilise fixed shooting angles.
The CCTV systems within Dunn Education Centres operate during specified hours.
CCTVs are solely deployed and installed for specified purposes and at appropriate locations, including classrooms and corridors; CCTVs will not be installed in areas where individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as washrooms, changing facilities, etc.
The decision to install CCTV in specific locations is the outcome of a balance between managing risks and the potential impact on personal data privacy.
Prior approval from the Senior Manager ("DMO Security Team") must be obtained before installing any CCTV. Any CCTV installed without proper authorisation will be removed immediately without further notice.
Conspicuous notices should be placed near CCTVs or near the entrances of monitored areas to inform Dunn Education Centre personnel, students, and visitors that CCTVs are in operation.
Except in special circumstances related to criminal investigations or serious misconduct, hidden cameras must not be used.

Retention and Deletion of CCTV Video Data

All CCTV video data and system data should be stored centrally and remotely on secure servers by the DMO Security Team, with appropriate access and security arrangements in place, including but not limited to password protection and encryption.
Unless there are special circumstances involving the investigation of incidents, all CCTV video data is only retained for 30 days from the recording date, and will be automatically, permanently, and securely deleted after this period.

Access to CCTV Video Data

Only personnel authorised by the Senior Manager of the DMO Security Team can access and view real-time and recorded CCTV video data, and only for authorised purposes. The viewing of video data should take place in designated secure offices.
Access to view real-time CCTV video data will normally not be granted to members of Dunn Education, unless specifically approved by the Senior Manager of the DMO Security Team, and with appropriate security controls in place to protect the data. For example, when staff need to respond to emergency incidents, or require specialised skills for real-time monitoring.
Access to view recorded CCTV video data will normally not be granted to members of Dunn Education unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as investigating health, safety, or security-related incidents. The DMO Security Team will review each application and process it in accordance with the requirements of the PDPO.

Technology

All CCTVs deployed and installed at Dunn Education Centres must conform to specified specifications and standards, and must not infringe upon personal data privacy.
Although the CCTV systems allow the generation of high-definition images and possess analytical capabilities, these features are only used when investigating incidents.

Training

All employees and personnel responsible for managing CCTV systems or possessing access to CCTV video data should receive appropriate training to ensure they understand and can fully comply with the privacy obligations and procedures under this policy.

CCTV System Review

Reviews will be conducted regularly to ensure that the deployment of the CCTV systems complies with the intended purposes stipulated in this policy, and remains necessary and appropriate.

Review of this Policy

Dunn Education's use of CCTV and the content of this policy will be reviewed regularly, and reviewed from time to time in accordance with current relevant regulations or guidelines, as well as prevailing circumstances.
